IT SUPPORT
TQS offer a range of support services dependent on the size and sector your business is in. Our options include providing a remote IT support service right through to a fully IT managed service which can include a full-time staff member in your offices.
- For remote support, we provide a central remote team that can be at the end of a phone call with regular organised visits. This support is provided by our experienced technicians within our own office base.
- For onsite IT support, we provide your establishment with multiple full-time staff resources if required, or during term-time only. The skillset of these engineers would be defined at the outset of any agreement.
Alternatively, if you currently have an in-house IT team that requires additional support, we can work alongside them to complement the skillset and provide managerial service, as well as an additional resource.

Ultimately, we work with you to understand your specific needs, building a truly bespoke support package and offering the option to add additional modules to best meet your needs.

2. Migration – we will then undertake the migration for your business and keep the downtime to a minimum.

ENTERPRISE NETWORKING

Our team has a huge amount of experience working with the various networking requirements that a business may require. This could range from a full roll-out of a switch and fibre network to planning and installing an enterprise Wi-Fi solution which is robust and tailored to the business’ needs.

To help protect your business against malicious activity, we can carry out presentations throughout Staff Development Days on how to be safe online. To highlight where additional training may be required, we can undertake phishing tests with your staff.

Our team can also work closely with your business in obtaining the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, demonstrating the security of your systems and the reliability of your internal processes.

BACKUP AND DISASTER RECOVERY
Our specialist team can review your current internal and cloud backup strategies and advise on reliable and cost-effective solutions to backup your systems and implement a disaster recovery plan.
