1. Bespoke Designs

Every project is different and incurs varying costs depending on how much you have to excavate. That’s why at Solid Links we provide individually designed pump stations, specific to your projects needs; saving you time and money on excavation expenses.

In order to meet your specific needs, we can provide you with an option of eight different chamber diameters, that can be built to a maximum of 8 metres or lengths of up to 24 metres. Depending on your projects functionality and required duties, we will select an assortment of pumps that will meet your desired flow rates.

Although we offer a bespoke pump station design service, that doesn’t mean you are losing out on getting the best price. By designing a system of a specific size, we can keep costs down to a minimum, because less materials are being put to waste. This allows our clients to purchase pump stations that are the perfect fit for their projects, meaning you won’t have to settle for a system that’s too large for the task at hand. In turn, this will keep excavation costs to a minimum.

Each of our clients are assigned to a member of the Solid Links team. This starts from the design stage of your bespoke pump station, all the way up to the end of your warranty period. This is when a service contract can be discussed and arranged. This allows our clients to develop a working relationship with their Solid Links team member, who will have an in-depth understanding of the client’s design. This avoids your project from slowing down, due to repeated conversations to various members of staff and departments.

7. Quick Build Times

Transparency is key when it comes to taking on design projects from our clients. We will always quote build times with accuracy and honesty. If your project has an urgent requirement that Solid Links can fulfil within your deadline, we will do everything in our power to keep your project on track. However, if your deadline will be a problem when building your pump station, we will explicitly state this and provide you with our best built time quote before anything is discussed further. Our priority isn’t to win projects, it’s to complete them on time and at the highest quality.

8. Supporting Products

Once your pump station has been designed, and the flow rate and required flow distance have been taken into account, we can specify which size discharge pipe would meet your requirements. The vast majority of pump stations will require MDPE rising main (black). Solid Links offer a range of sizes and lengths along with suitable adaptors and connectors, in order for your project to meet it’s required functionality.
